Charqs is an all natural pork jerky made with lean meats, and wholesome ingredients. The sweetness comes from pure cane sugar and the flavors from our secret blend of international spices.
After giving it a touch of real hickory smoke, we flash-grill Charqs to seal in all of the succulent flavors. The result is a savory, any-time snack so tender a baby could eat it. (Please make sure your baby is old enough to eat solid food.)
Charqs is a USDA certified, shelf-stable product that does not require refrigeration prior to opening. The recommended shelf life is about 12 months. The USDA recommends refrigerating all shelf-stable product within 3 days of opening.

I am not a jerky person. But I tried it because there were free samples at an event I attended. I liked it so much I bought a bag. I liked the bag so much I ate it all in 2 hours. I read the note on the back of the package saying to refrigerate within a few days and I laughed because I could not imagine actually having an open bag around for more than 2 hours. So yummy and the owner seems to be a nice, down-to-earth guy. We even ordered more online and this time my husband ate the whole bag. Everyone must try these!

I like jerky , but , I absolutely love this jerky. The flavors and quality of meat is PERFECT !!! It’s so hard to put down the bag and stop eating these , it’s that good. If your a fan of jerky or even a fan of BBQ you need to try this. Will be ordering more of this online.

This product is the best Jerky I have ever tasted! Ususally Jerky is too salty, and too unhealthy. This seemed rather healthy. Worth the price. I saved my last piece for another day! It’s sweet, but phenomenal. It should be in all stores that I shop at. Try to get it into the World Market for Bed Bath & Beyond. I would buy it there.
