At Charqs, we are very straight forward with our policies. We want to be sure you have all of the information you need to complete your order. By using our site you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. SHIPPING POLICY Our shipping department is open Monday – Friday during normal business hours. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt and delivery is expected within 3-5 business days. Sorry, but we cannot ship any product outside of the United States. We may be able to provide expedited shipping at an additional cost. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on shipping options. SHIPPING CARRIERS Charqs uses the United States Postal Service to ship most of its orders. We charge a flat rate for all shipments based on the size of the package. Please view the product description pages on our website for more details. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS In the event your order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, our staff will contact you via phone or email to try and correct the problem. You will be required to pay additional shipping costs. If the package is returned after a 2nd attempt, you may be asked to use a different shipping address. You may also cancel your order. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus all shipping fees. RETURN POLICY At Charqs, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your order, we provide two options: 1. For a full refund including shipping costs, all uneaten product must be returned to us. For multi-pack orders, we will refund the full amount of all unopened packages and up to one (1) opened package. If more than one package has been opened, we will prorate the refund based on the returned product weight of all opened packages. 2. For a free replacement of damaged or defective product, we may, at our discretion, ask that the product be returned so that we can prevent similar problems in the future.
